Why should I join FMF?
Will you be studying in Groningen and do you want to have a good time? Come and join our association! For only €5,- per year you can get free coffee at our members room in the Nijenborgh 4 behind the cafeteria, and join many of our activities, which is a great way to get to know your fellow students!
We organise many fun, lively and interesting study and career activities during the academic year, such as practice sessions for your exams as well lectures and excursions to companies to help you be informed about future job opportunities. It has been revealed that this assistance is not only very much appreciated, but to many students truly necessary. Additionally, a database with an extensive range of practice exams is provided.
FMF also has its own members-room (5111.0053) located in the Nijenborgh building. Here, members can relax, socialise, buy cheap snacks and drinks, and enjoy the unlimited free coffee. This room is also where you can find the board of the association. You can ask them anything related to either the study or the study association.
Most of the activities and the free coffee are exclusively accessible to members of FMF. Being a member also gives you the opportunity to meet fellow students or to benefit from the sense of community that we create.
What does it cost, and how do I join?
A membership at our association costs only €5,- per year and comes with many benefits such as free coffee from our members room. If you would like to become a member please fill out the membership form. You can print the form, fill it out and hand it in at the NSFW (5111.0053). This is the members room of the FMF behind the cafeteria in the Nijenborgh 4. It is also possible to fill out the form digitally, sign it and email it to secretary@fmf.nl with title: Joining FMF.
