Everyone that is a FMF-Member, has now received an FMF-mail address! By default, all mail sent to this address will be forwarded to your personal email-account. If you don't want this, you can turn this off in MijnFMF

If you scroll down, you will find some tutorials on how to use the new email addresses. If you have any questions about the new email, please come by the NSFW or mail comcie@fmf.nl

FMF-mail and Gmail

You can send mail from Gmail as if you were sending it from your FMF-mail. To do this, you need to add your FMF-mail to your Gmail account.

Add the desired email account to Gmail (Account tab in Gmail Settings).

Use babylon.fmf.nl as mailserver, via port 587. Authenticate with your MijnFMF account and use TLS for encryption.

You can read your FMF-mail at fmf.nl/webmail.

Log in using your MijnFMF ID (e.g. l.de.boer) or your full email-address (e.g. l.de.boer@fmf.nl).

You can add folders for committees you are a member of to the webmail!

Here, you can find the server addresses and ports that you require if you want to configure your own mail client. Note that the SMTP is A-SMTP, so you need to authenticate before you send mail - we are not an open relay.
